چکیده

هدف این پژوهش استانداردسازی مقیاس مهارت‌های عاطفی و اجتماعی معلمان بر اساس الگوی روان‌شناسی مثبت‌نگر بود. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحقیق آمیخته انجام شده است. در مرحله کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 18 نفر از صاحب نظران و صاحب نظران در زمینه شایستگی های روانی و اجتماعی معلمان بر اساس الگوی روانشناسی مثبت گرا انجام شد. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از روش گراندد تئوری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. 3 بعد و هجده جزء حاصل شد. بر اساس یافته های بخش اول پژوهش، مقیاس طراحی و مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. مرحله کمی شامل تهیه نسخه پیش مقدماتی و نسخه مقدماتی و مرحله استانداردسازی مقیاس بود. بدین منظور در مرحله ساخت 234 گویه نوشته شد و در پایان این مرحله مقیاس مقدماتی با 126 گویه تهیه شد. در مرحله استانداردسازی، نسخه نهایی بر اساس داده های یک گروه نمونه متشکل از 357 معلم و با 72 گویه تهیه شد. همچنین از مقیاس‌های سرمایه روان‌شناختی، بهزیستی عاطفی مرتبط با شغل و کنش تأملی معلم به عنوان ابزاری برای بررسی اعتبار مقیاس ساخته شده استفاده شد. بررسی روایی گویه ها، خرده مقیاس ها و کل مقیاس مدل نهایی نشان داد که دامنه ضرایب همگنی درونی خرده مقیاس ها بین 51/0 تا 68/0 است. ضرایب همبستگی نمره مولفه های طراحی شده با نمره کل خرده مقیاس مذکور بین 69/0 تا 83/0 می باشد. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج می توان گفت مقیاس تدوین شده از روایی کافی برخوردار بوده و در مجموعه های مشاوره ای و پژوهشی قابل استفاده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to standardize the scale of emotional and social skills of teachers based on the model of positive psychology. The present research was conducted using a mixed research method. In the qualitative phase, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 18 experts and experts in the field of psychological and social competencies of teachers based on the model of positive psychology. The obtained data were analyzed using grounded theory method. 3 dimensions and eighteen components were the result. Based on the findings of the first part of the research, the scale was designed and tested. The quantitative stage consisted of the preparation of the pre-preliminary version and the preliminary version and the standardization stage of the scale. For this purpose, 234 items were written in the construction phase, and at the end of this phase, a preliminary scale with 126 items was prepared. In the standardization stage, the final version was prepared based on the data of a sample group consisting of 357 teachers and with 72 items. In addition, scales of psychological capital, job-related emotional well-being and reflective action of the teacher were used as tools to check the validity of the constructed scale. Checking the validity of the items, subscales and the whole scale of the final model showed that the range of internal homogeneity coefficients of the subscales is between 0.51 and 0.68. The correlation coefficients of the score of the designed components with the total score of the mentioned subscale are between 0.69 and 0.83. Therefore, according to the results, it can be said that the developed scale has sufficient validity and can be used in consulting and research collections.
