چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین بسته‌ی آموزشی خودراهبری یادگیری و تعیین اثربخشی آن بر انگیزش تحصیلی فراگیران به‌صورت طرح نیمه آزمایشی (پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و پیگیری یک‌ماهه همراه با گروه آزمایشی و گروه کنترل) و کاربست روش کیفی به شیوه‌ی اکتشافی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری بخش کمی شامل کلیه‌ی دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره‌ی متوسطه‌ی اول شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 01 -1400 است. دو مدرسه از منطقه 5 شهر تهران به شکل هدفمند از میان مدارس متوسطه اول مناطق 19 گانه ی شهر تهران به دلیل دسترسی بهتر پژوهشگر انتخاب شدند. بعد از انتخاب مدارس و هماهنگی با مدیران این مدارس در مرحله‌ی غربالگری اولیه از میان دانش‌آموزان پایه هفتم، هشتم و نهم این مدارس بر اساس فرمول ارائه‌شده توسط تابانچیک و فیدل (2014) و همچنین پالانت (2020) برای طرح‌های آزمایشی درمجموع 30 دانش‌آموز انتخاب و به شکل تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آزمایش (N=15) و کنترل (N=15) قرار گرفتند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس آمیخته و تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که صرف‌نظر از گروه در طول زمان، متغیر خودراهبری یادگیری و مؤلفه‌های آن به‌غیراز ارتباطات بین فردی در دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره‌ی اول بهبود یافته است. به علاوه میانگین گروه آموزش خودراهبری یادگیری در مرحله‌ی پیگیری به‌صورت معناداری بالاتر از میانگین گروه گواه است.

چکیده [English]

The current study aims to develop a self-directed learning educational package and evaluate its effectiveness on the academic motivation of learners through a semi-experimental design (pre-test and post-test, followed by a one-month follow-up with the experimental group and control group). Additionally, a qualitative exploratory approach will be employed to gather and analyze data. The statistical population for the quantitative section comprises all female students from the first secondary school in Tehran during the academic year of 1400-01. These girls were selected from the 5th district of Tehran, as the researcher had better access to these institutions compared to the first secondary schools in the 19 districts of the city. The initial screening process, based on the formula provided by Tabanchik and Fidel (2014), along with Pallant (2020), resulted in the selection of a total of 30 students. These individuals were then randomly assigned to two groups (experimental, N=15; control, N=15), creating a balanced sample size for the study. Data analysis for this study was carried out using mixed analysis of variance and thematic analysis. The findings demonstrate that, irrespective of the group, there has been an improvement over time in self-directed learning and its constituent components, excluding interpersonal communication. Furthermore, the average of the self-directed learning training group in the follow-up phase exhibited a significantly higher mean compared to the control group.
