AbstractThe purpose of this study was to construct and scrutiny Psychometric characteristics and Factor Structure of the Perception of Parental Perfectionism Scale . After Preparing the Original version (Father form and mother form) 315 students participated in the study who were studying in the girls’ high school in the 10th, 11th and 12th grades in 27 schools of Birjand in the academic year of 1400-99. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used In order to analys the structural validity of the Perception of Parental Perfectionism questionnaire. The results of analysing the main components with rotation Equamax showed that perception of Parental Perfectionism consisted of four sub scale of high expectations of parents, high standards of parents, internalization and conditional acceptance. the results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the structure of four factors of scale had good fit with data in addition to factor analysis, the correlation this questionnaire with the academic Procrastination questionnaire of solomon and Rothblum (1984) and the distinction between two groups of neglected students was used as evidence of structural validity of a questionnaire, which was statistically meaningful. internal consistency of the components of the perception of parental Perfectionism questionnaire using cronbach's alpha method was fit . overall, the findings indicated that the present scale is a tool that has the appropriate reliability (stability, internal consistency) to measure the perception of Parental Perfectionism and it can be used by researchers and consultants. Keywords: Parental Perfectionism, the perception of Parental Perfectionism, assesment of Perfectionism.

Hope is one of the most important elements of psychotherapy and is essential for the effectiveness of treatment. The aim of this study was to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Therapist Hope for Clients Scale in an Iranian sample. In this study, 310 counselors and psychologists participated through an online call. The instruments were the therapists' Hope for Clients Scale (THCS), State Hope Scale and Flourishing Scale. The construct validity was evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis showed optimal goodness of fit indices and supported the three domains of the THCS measure in the present sample. The correlation between the THCS and its three dimensions, the flourishing Scale and the Hope Scale provides convergent validity for the three THCS scales. The Cronbach's alpha values was appropriate for the scale and its dimensions. The results of the analysis showed that the THCS has appropriate validity and reliability for assessing therapists' hope and can be used among the Iranian counselors and psychologists.

AbstractThis study aimed to develop and investigate the factor structure of the academic imposter scale among nursing students. The research method was descriptive correlational research that the statistical population consisted of all students of Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences who were selected using a simple random sampling method. Based on G*power the software A sample size was randomly selected as 220 students of the paramedical school. To collect information, theoretical and empirical sources were used to plan the initial design of educational pretension and after a researcher-made tool based on practical and experimental foundations, which included 39 questions. SPSS and AMOS with psychometric and confirmative analysis methods were used to analyze the data. The results of analyzing theoretical and empirical basics associated with academic imposter 39 markers about an academic imposter in 5 main components of disability, external control, and family support, the expectations of others, felt deception and felt guilty. The result in statistical analysis of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the RMSEA was confirmed by 0.068 and ultimately proved that the tool with five final components based on quantitative results. Finally, based on the results obtained in this study and the consistency of these results, with theoretical and empirical foundations, the conclusion is that educational instruments in this study can use to detect individuals with the academic imposter and relate to other variables affecting academic performance Use.

Objectified Body Consciousness Scale is a prominent scale of the key construct in the body image literature. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Psychometric properties of the Persian version of Objectified Body Consciousness Scale in women. 290 female undergraduate students of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz who were selected by multi - stage random sampling participated in this research. In order to collect information the Objectified Body Consciousness Scale (McKinley & Hyde,1996), Appearance Schemas Inventory (Cash & Labarj,1996) and appearance orientation subscale of Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire -Appearance Scale (Cash,2000) were used. The validity of the OBCS was measured using confirmatory factor analysis and convergent validity, and the reliability of the scale was assessed by internal consistency and Half-Split. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated an acceptable fit of the extracted model. Correlation coefficients between the OBCS and its factors (body surveillance, body shame and appearance control beliefs) with appearance schema and appearance orientation showed that the scale has good convergent validity (p <0.01). Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient for OBCS and its factors (body surveillance, body shame and appearance control beliefs) were calculated to be 0.71, 0.78, 0.75 and 0.65, respectively. Also, the reliability coefficients of the OBCS were obtained by Half-Split method (Spearman-Brown and Guttman) 0.50 and for its factors (body surveillance, body shame and appearance control beliefs) in the range of 0.65 to 0.71, and by retest method 0.79 and for its factors (body surveillance, body shame and appearance control beliefs) 0.83, 0.66, and 0.63 respectively after four weeks. The results indicate that the OBCS in Iran has a good validity and reliability.

Current study has been performed with the aim of normativeization and Investigation of factor structure of a researcher-made questionnaire on financial managers' performance. This study, uses descriptive-survey method. Statistical population was considered in qualitative and quantitative parts. In qualitative part, research population included clear-sighted experts, financial managers with more than 15-year records of service, university professors with practical and scientific activity in this field and financial managers with practical experiences and postgraduate education including MSc and PhD; and in quantitative part, the research population included financial managers and accounting chairmen of 655 companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange that 530 individuals were selected as sample and questionnaire was sent to them electronically (by email). Data were analyzed by using measurement classic theory and question-answer theory and through SpSS25, Lisrel 8.7, Jmetrik and multolog7 software. Results of research indicated that by eliminating two questions in factor analysis part, 76 questions had factorial load on one factor. Also, processing questions through question-answer theory demonstrated that 19 questions had low awareness and by eliminating them, stability increased and results of considering and comparing correlation of short form with main form, indicated high correlation of two forms, and reconsideration of short form for investigating construct validity, approved one-factor structure of questionnaire.
