The present study was conducted with the aim of designing and validating a scale for measuring the quality of virtual education of professors from the students' point of view. This research is an applied research in descriptive-correlative manner. The statistical population of this study was all students of Bu Ali Sina University of Hamadan who participated in the evaluation of professors. The statistical sample size was 500 people who were selected by relative random sampling. The 15-item e-learning quality model was designed in five dimensions: educational strategies, educational content, evaluation activities, interaction and responsiveness, and effectiveness; Then, using statistical techniques of content validity ratio and confirmatory factor analysis, tool validity was reviewed and Finally, Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the tool. The results showed that the structure of e-learning quality model according to the content validity ratio (0.76) and confirmatory factor analysis that the value of goodness-of-fit index (GFI) is equal to 0.967, comparative fit index (CFI) is equal to 0.994 and adjustmented goodness-of-fit index (AFGI) equal to 0.924 and root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) equal to 0.052 was confirmed. The instrument also had good reliability with total Cronbach's alpha values (0.988).

Aim: Electronic test is a result of the influence of technology in the domain of education that its use is increasing in Iran. This involves difficulties and obstacles that the main objective of this study was to evaluate pathological electronic tests in Iran. Method: Research method is descriptive-survey. The population of the research includes all staff and volunteers of English TOEFL test in 2014. Samples were selected by census method. 102 volunteers and 25 employees were related to the conduct of electronic tests were selected. Data collection tools included two researcher-made questionnaires including statements about various aspects of electronic tests. Data were analyzed by SPSS software and one-sample t-test and Friedman test. Results : Results show that problems from volunteers point of view sequentially are included: "Attitudes to electronic test", "test content", " fast, accurate and useful Feedback ", " volunteers training and preparing ", " officials staff accountability ", "safety test", " physical space of the test ", " software and hardware technical issues ". also problems from the perspective of official staff sequentially are included: "Running costs", " volunteers digital literacy ", "attitude", "employee motivation", "legal issues", "feedback", "supervision", "people familiar with the test," "planning, coordination and implementation "" security, "" space of implementation the test "," test technical issues. "Conclusion: electronic tests have many and different advantages but many injuries at their implementation have been identified that need to be modified over time.

Background: The process of education, i.e. teaching and learning, is due to the interaction of three elements, namely teacher, student, and content. Almost all of classroom learning and teaching takes place through interaction. Therefore, interaction is essential and fundamental for establishing learning communities.
Objective: The present study was an attempt to analyze the status of interaction in e-curriculum of Khajeh Nasir Toosi University of Technology.
Method: The method used in this study was cross-sectional survey. The population consisted of all the students of Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and IT Engineering, as well as all the professors and instructors of e-learning courses who were present at this educational center during the academic year 2009-10. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data.
Findings: The analysis of data, which was carried out through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, indicated that the interaction between teachers, students, and content in e-curriculum of Khajeh Nasir Toosi University of Technology is below the average level.

he purpose of this research is to develop ao instrument for learners' entrance readiness assessment to an e-learning course. The entrance characteristics of e-learner are one of the important inputs in e-learning environment that affects in process and product. The research population consists of the Iranian e-learning expertise and trainee boys that enrolled in the public and private Technical and Vocational Training Organization in summer, 1388. For the sample selection of among e-learning expertise, the criterion-centered sampling, and for trainees population, the multistage cluster sampling were used. With studying the background of research five factor and 37 items were extracted and sent to the iranian e-learning expertise to determine the content validity. The data were collected by questionnaire and interview. The results showed that the 5 determined factors by expertise were confirmed and some of the items were changed in details and general. Then to determine the reliability of the tool, the questionnaires were distributed among 60 technical and vocational trainees and analyzed. Correlation analysis with the total items showed (0/89) was calculated and two of the items had lower correlation with the total items. These two late items were omitted and the questionnaire was distributed among 540 trainees again and 412 questionnaires were gathered finally. Data analysis showed that Kranbakh alpha coefficient among items related to the first factor (0/90), and the related items to second factor (0/75), the items related to third factor (0/77),the related items to fourth factor (0/83) and related items to fifth factors (0/82) and total alpha coefficient Kranbakh items equal (0/92). The date analysis result in the factor analysis method showed that the five identified factors and the related items to them have correlation to.

The purpose of this study was to assess and evaluate the E-learning course of industrial engineering at Khajeh NasirddinToosi University. The research population included all the industrial engineering students and instructors at Khajeh NasirddinToosi University. The sample comprised 61 (51 students and 10 instructors) who were selected purposive sampling method. According to a review of global experiences, a checklist designed and applied. By analytical and descriptive statistical methods, it was found that the E-learning course of industrial engineering at Khajeh NasirddinToosi University could be relatively a suitable programme. These findings which may have some implications in designing E-learning course, are discussed in fully in this paper
