Abstract The aim of this study was to design and testing the educational motion graphics to improve components executive functions in children with learning disorders.The research design was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test-post-test with a control group and the study population was all students with learning disorders aged 7 to 11 years referred to treatment centers in the cities of Tehran, Isfahan and Qazvin.In order to select the sample, using available sampling, 18 students who volunteered to participate in the experiment were selected. Of these, 9 children in the experimental group and 9 children in the control group were randomly selected. Then, the motion graphics, the content of which was formed using scientific resources and its form with the help of specialized animation software, and was performed for the experimental group for10 ، 45-minute sessions.Subjects were assessed using the BRIEF Executive Function Questionnaire (2000) and the Lufi Perseverance Questionnaire (1987) as the pre-test and post-test. In the next step, the research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.The results showed that there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups ’ scores of the components (p> ./. 1) And training through motion graphics has been effective on executive functions (attention, response inhibition, planning, organizing, reminding, perseverance and effort) in children with learningdisorders. Considering the effectiveness of educational motion graphics on executive functions, it is suggested to use the capabilities of motion graphics in educating children with learning disorders.Keywords:Motion graphics, Executive functions, Learning disorders.

ABSTRACTPerformance-based measures have shown some limitations in the assessment of executive functions (EF) and rating scales have been proposed as an alternative. This study examined the psychometric properties of the Persian version of the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function, Second Edition, BRIEF-2 parent - form in students aged 13 to 18 years. Participants were 300 students, 148-girl (49.3%) and 152-boy (51.7%) between 13 and 18 years old (M = 9.15; SD = 1.92). Samples were selected from regions (north, south, east, west and center) in Tehran city. The analysis of the internal structure using confirmatory factor analysis reveals that the model with three indexes (Behavioral, Emotional and Cognitive) and nine scales (Inhibit, Shift, Self-Monitor, Emotional Control, Initiate, Working Memory, Plan/Organize, Organization of Materials and Task-Monitor) showed good fit to the sample. The Cronbach's alpha values for the index scores ranged from.91 to.93, with alpha for the individual scales ranging from.87 to.92. Results showed that Persian version of the BRIEF-2 parent Form demonstrated high internal consistency and test–retest reliability. Convergent validity was obtained for BRI (AVE = 0.52), ERI (AVE = 0.54) and CRI (AVE = 0.58). In addition, composite reliability (CR) was reported for BRI (CR = 0.85), ERI (CR = 0.87) and CRI (CR = 0.83). According to the findings, it can be said that the Persian version of the BRIEF2 scale has the necessary convergent validity and composite reliability. The findings support the factorial validity of the BRIEF-2 scores, suggesting that it is an adequate instrument to evaluate executive functioning reported by parents and caregivers. According to the findings, it can be said that the Iranian version of the BRIEF-2 has good psychometric properties and can be a good tool for use in clinical and research situations.

Introduction: Due to the wide range of executive functions, Existing questionnaires measure some aspects of these functions. Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF )has a greater comprehensiveness and it's made based on the latest insights on executive functions. Objective: The purpose of this study was to validate of this questionnaire in Iranian society.Method: This research is descriptive, a sample of 516 people was selected by a cluster sampling method from Tehran, East Azarbaijan, West Azarbaijan and Kurdistan provinces. In this way, the final sample was reduced to 441 subjects. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 20. Results: The present inventory consists of eight scales and from the combination of these eight scales the behavioral indicator and cognitive index are obtained. Finally, by combining the score of 8 scales, the total score of the BRIEF test is obtained. The results show that calculated Cronbach's alpha for 8 scales of the questionnaire is between 68 to 86. Also, calculated Cronbach's alpha for behavioral adjustment index, cognitive index and total score of BRIEF questionnaire were 0.86, 0.89, and 0.93 .Conclusion: According to the findings of this study the brief questionnaire in Iranian society has a desirable credibility as a tool for evaluating executive functions and It is used in research and clinical work as a valid tool.
