Improving participation in voluntary activities in Iran is important because increasing productivity among young people, given the country's young population, contributes to community sustainability. Therefore, a better understanding of volunteer motivation in Iranian youth is needed. The Volunteer Functions Inventory (VFI) for assessing volunteer motivations has good psychometric properties and is adapted to several languages, but no validated Iranian translation yet exists. The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychometric Characteristics of voluntary functions inventory in members of Iranian Red Crescent Society. Sample size was 595 members of Youth Organization of Iranian Red Crescent Society from 31 provinces and 175 cities of Iran that were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method and responded to voluntary functions inventory. Data were collected using a demographic sample and voluntary functions inventory (VFI). Confirmatory factor analysis using principal components method was used for data analysis. The results of the present study showed that the voluntary functions inventory had validity and reliability. Also, the factor structure showed that 29 items and 6 factors well assess people's attitudes to volunteering, and the structure of this inventory was well-fitted and confirmed all goodness of fit models. The present study provides the use of the Iranian translation of the Voluntary Functions Inventory (6 scales and 29 items) to assess volunteer motivation among young Iranian volunteers.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the psychometric characteristics of the revised scale of manifest anxiety in children-the second edition in the students' studies. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of sales. The statistical population of the study included all students studying between the ages of 15 and 17 in Ardabil city. According to the Cochran's formula, the optimal sample for this study was 290 people. Therefore, 300 people were selected as the sample. First, the English form was translated into Persian, then the translation was reversed, and in the first run, the ambiguous questions were removed, and finally the final scale was implemented. After collecting the data, confirmatory factor analysis method, Pearson correlation coefficient and Cronbach's retesting and alpha correlation method were used for analysis. The reliability coefficient of the scale was obtained by calculating Cronbach's alpha for the total scale of 0.87. Also, the results of Pearson correlation coefficients of the apparent anxiety variable with the four factors and the use of confirmatory factor analysis method confirmed the validity of the structure and all fitness indicators were in a favorable situation above 0.90. The results of this study, along with other foreign studies, indicate the optimal psychometric characteristics of this tool, so that this tool can be used in anxiety screening in schools and clinical trials.

Abstract The present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the psychometric indices of school climate and identity (SCASIM-St). The sample size of this research was 503 high school female students who were selected by random sampling method from high schools. The results of exploratory factor analysis by main components method, in addition to the overall school climate, have four factors (the relationship of students with each other, the relationship of students with employees, the emphasis of the school, the values and the collaborative approach of staff and students) and the identity of the school For Joe and School Identity Questionnaire. To verify the reliability of the questionnaire, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the method of re-examination were used and a confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine its validity. The results showed that the questionnaire had an acceptable internal consistency and the Cronbach's alpha coefficients in its sub-scales ranged from 0.78 to 0.92. The validity of the questionnaire was statistically significant (P <0.001) at the level of 0.73. Confirmatory factor analysis was also used to determine the validity of the barley measurement and school identity. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the convergent validity (AVE) value was 0.44 and the general fit method (GOF) was 0.50. . This result confirms that the structure of the questionnaire has acceptable acceptance with the data and confirms all the good indicators of fitting the model. Factor analysis findings were almost similar to those of the original culture, and the reliability and validity coefficients were close to the results of previous research; therefore, considering the desirable psychometric properties of this questionnaire, this tool was a suitable tool for determining the atmosphere and identity of the school from the viewpoint of high school students is.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the validity and reliability the episodic foresight test. This study is a descriptive- analytic one. The statistical population of this study was all children ages 3, 4 and 5 with low executive functions in kindergartens in Ahvaz city on 1397. In this study 60 children was selected by random sampling method, and responded to episodic foresight test (Atance & Meltzoff, 2005). To examine of the reliability of the instrument, the reliability indicator of the evaluators and the Kappa method and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used and, to determined the validity of the instrument, one-way analysis variance and binomial test were used. The result of the research showed that correlation between evaluators in scoring non-verbal section was 1.00 and in scoring verbal section was 0.99, and the Kappa correlation coefficient between the evaluators for each scenario was among 0.94 to 1.00, and cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.75. To examine the validity of the instrument, the result of the binomial test showed that the children correct response rate was significantly higher than the response rate by chance. Also, the results of analysis of variance showed that there is a significant difference between children means score based on age and the Scheffe test showed that 3 years old children achieved scores lower than 4 and 5 years old children. But, there is no significant difference between scores of 4 and 5 years old children.
