The purpose of this study is to present a rhizomatic model and develop it to foster students' creativity. To achieve this goal, a combined approach and experimental nest model were used. To implement this plan, first some lessons from the common textbook of experimental sciences of the sixth grade were organized using the rhizomatic education model, then this collection was reviewed and approved by experienced teachers. In the next stage, three girls' primary schools were selected from Kermanshah and one class was selected from each school (homogeneous schools with almost similar conditions). These three classes were named with reference class, method class and content method class, respectively. This project was implemented for 6 weeks and one session per week. The reference class was trained in the normal way. In the rhizomatic teaching method, the students learned the content of the common book, and in the method-content class, the students experienced the designed content with the rhizomatic teaching method. At the end of the course, all three classes took the Torrance Creativity Test and the Researcher Test. Quantitative findings were analyzed by analysis of covariance and the results showed that the implementation of rhizomatic educational model in different experimental groups fosters students' creativity. In the qualitative section, teachers' views on the development of creativity in the dimensions of fluidity, initiative, expansion and flexibility were examined. In other stages, quantitative and qualitative findings from teachers' opinions were compared and the positive effect of rhizomatic educational model on fostering creativity was confirmed.

This study aimed at examining the causal relationship of variables with maximum impact on academic achievement of Tehran students. Methodology:The statistical population included all Tehran students. Using convenience sampling, 400 individuals were selected among them as the convenient sample in different fields. The research was carried out through path analysis method and research tools included Rotter's Locus of Control Test, Abedi test of creativity, Delavar's academic self-concept test, and Herman's Achievement Motivation Test. Research results indicated fitness of the model using data. All the variables had direct significant effects on academic achievement. The indirect effects of creativity on academic achievement were also significant. Academic motivation, creativity and academic self-concept and locus of control were of the factors effective in academic achievement. With the increase in Academic motivation, creativity and academic self-concept, academic achievement increases and internal Locus of Control lead to higher levels of academic achievement. Therefore, considering these characteristics are recommended while assessing educational achievement of students

AbstractBackground: Creativity is an important construct in the psychology of individual differences, and Compared to the similar areas such as intelligence, it has received little attentions of researchers. Seventy-year history of theory making and research on creativity, still there is not a consistent pattern for understanding creativity. Objectives: The aim of Current study was to examine the relationship between fluid and crystallized intelligence with creativity and Explanation of this relationship based on higher order latent factors such as information processing speed and openness to experiences was taken place using structural equation modeling. Methods: All Tehran Humanistic universities were selected as population and 481 students from Shahid beheshti, Allameh Tabatabayi and Tehran universities were chosen as sample study. The sub-scales of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale- Revised (WAIS-R) were used to measure intelligence, Divergent thinking tests and questionnaires on creativity in everyday life, creative achievement and creative self- concept were also used to measure creativity and in order to measure processing speed, ZVT, and KDT paper-pencil tests were used and finally to measure openness to experience, NEO-FFI inventory was used. Structural equation models were postulated to investigate inter-relationship of constructs based on literature. Covariance matrix of observed variables was used to investigate postulated models, then, using AMSO-18 All statistical computations were analyzed. Results: Results showed that openness to experience, in all three cases (the first case, when all markers of self-assessment of creativity and divergent thinking are used simultaneously; the second case, when divergent thinking is used as the dependent variable and the third case, when self-assessment creativity is used as the dependent variable) will lead to successful and powerful prediction of creativity, Low impact processing speed has little but significant impact on creativity. Also, the fluid and crystallized intelligence had different effects on this structure depending on the type of creativity measurement. Conclusion: In general, the research results indicate that the personality has a more important role in being creative and producing innovative products; and intelligence and the information processing speed are in the next stage of having positive impact on the type of creative works.
