Researchers are increasingly concerned with qualitative deficiencies in the scientific attributes of their research. It is crucial to examine the influential factors that shape research quality, with the goal of developing a model that can effectively enhance research quality. To this end, the present study aimed to design and validate a model for research quality in universities specializing in humanities and social sciences.Employing an exploratory sequential mixed methods design, the research comprised two distinct phases:qualitative and quantitative.Based on grounded theory and semi-structured interviews with19 experts, the qualitative phase led to the extraction of semantic codes related to academic research quality.Strauss and Corbin’s method of systematic coding was then used to analyze the qualitative data in three stages:open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. This resulted in the identification of503concepts and29subcategories, and eight main categories. Considering the data analysis, research management and regulations emerged as causal conditions, with research quality excellence as the main category, technical features and globalization as contextual conditions, human resources as intervening conditions, monitoring and evaluation as action/interaction conditions, and finally, effectiveness and efficiency and acceptance of research results as consequences. In the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed based on the main categories, subcategories, and concepts. The questionnaire was then administered to a sample of 95 individuals selected through convenience sampling from the faculty members of higher education centers of humanities and social sciences. The evaluation of the model, both in its overall configuration and within its submodels, revealed that all factor loadings associated with the questionnaire items as well as the relationships between subcategories and main categories fall within an acceptably standardized range, which generally proves the model fit and validity. The research findings can provide systematically useful strategies to improve academic research quality in the humanities and social sciences, thus contributing to the enhancement of academic research quality in these fields.

Abstract Background: the promotion and appointment of appropriate human resources to accurately and objectively, one of the main factors leading to the success of organizations. Qualified human resources can belong to the power and your thinking its the best use of available resources. Decide on the appointment and promotion of staff in organizations with regard to the issue of competence is a matter of days. Objective: This study aimed to develop a model for the promotion and appointment of staff to middle level management was based on individual and organizational components. Methods: The study population NIOC all employees who were in middle management career in 1312 people were surveyed. Data were analyzed using the software SPSS 22 and Amos. Results: The results of this study indicate that the direct and indirect effects and overall effects of variables management experience, job level and competence of the dependent variable (the manager position) was, to species variables managerial experience and competence on the job order management middle showed a significant effect. Job rank with leadership positions had direct effect. The results of this study, fit and proper indicators, data model has been developed. Conclusion: different variables affecting the promotion and appointment of experts limitations that can affect them from individual and organizational factors, Experts said. Because of the influence of variables management experience, job level and competence of the management, the use of results of research organizations and public and private companies is recommended. Keywords: experience, job rank, competence and managerial position.

this study been done to build, reliability making and validation an measurement tool for accreditation and quality assurance of iran's higher education system. to perform this study, is used mixed method with explorative plan- tool development model.First, in the qualitative study, by using the method of grounded theory and interview with 36 higher education experts, were designed questionnaire with 25 omponents and 157 sub-components. then, in the quantitative section, Designed questionnaire, in a pilot study, was conducted on 84 members of Iran's higher education experts. based on the received feedback were acting to refine the questionnaire. then, the its final version and modified was put in the hands of 293 the country's higher education experts. validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated equal to (0/982) by Cronbach's alpha. in the qualitative part of the study, was used non-probability purposive sampling sampling method and in the quantitative part, random classified sampling method used. to test mentioned measurment tool, analysis of structural equation modeling was used. by doing first order confirmatory factor analysis, mentioned measurment tool were modified to 22 components and 150 sub-components. results of second order confirmatory factor analysis, also showed that 22 components were extracted has sufficient factor load to predict of measurment tool relating to Accreditation and quality assurance of iran's higher education system. in addition, goodness of fit indices such as, (CMIN/DF) equal to 1/924, (RMSEA) equal to 0/39, (GFI) equal to 0/976, (AGFI) equal to 0/939, (CFI) equal to 0/928, (NNFI) equal to 0/935, (TLI) equal to 1/000, (IFI) equal to 0/928 and (RFI) equal to 0925, it shows, designed, measurment tools for the accreditation and quality assurance of iran's higher education system is a very favorable fitness.
