The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of educational games based on the multidimensional planning model on reducing anxiety and improving self-help skills of preschool learners. The current research method was semi-experimental. The statistical population included all children referred to preschools in the cities of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmed, of which 40 people (20 control group and 20 experimental group) were selected using cluster sampling method. Data collection tools were the Spence Children's Anxiety Inventory-Parent Version and the State University Self-Help Skills Scale (1992). SPSS software and covariance analysis were used for data analysis. The results showed that educational games based on the multidimensional planning model had a positive and significant effect on reducing anxiety components (fear of physical injuries, social phobia, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder). Also, educational games based on the multidimensional planning model had a positive and significant effect on improving self-help skills. Therefore, according to the findings, it is suggested that various games with educational applications and based on multidimensional planning be designed by preschool planners

Background: transition to adolescence is accompanied with rapid changes, unexpected and new cognitive, social, emotional and psychological experiences that makes challenges for adolescents and are considered as underlying factors of stress. Aim: The aim of present study was examining the psychometric properties of the Iranian version of Adolescent Stress Questionnaire (ASQ) in high school students of both genders. Method: The study sample consisted of high school students in Hamadan city in 2015 school year. 280 students were selected based on multi-stage random sampling. To study psychometric characteristics of the questionnaire, Adolescent Stress Questionnaire was translated with double-translation technique and finally, to evaluate the psychometric properties of the questionnaire, it was administered along with depression, anxiety, stress scale (DASS) and state anxiety Inventory (SAI) of Spielberg. Collected data was analyzed and reliability and validity indicators and confirmatory factor analysis were calculated. Results: Analysis of the collected data showed that the questionnaire has the reliability of 0.75 to 0.85 alpha coefficients in ten subscales, In addition, the concurrent validity of the questionnaire with subscales of depression anxiety, stress scale and trait anxiety questionnaire was equal to 0.34, 0.35, 0.82 and 0.15 respectively which in the p

The current paper reviews the concept of meta analysis of Anxiety & Depression researches in 1363-1385 at University of Allameh Tabatabaei university , faculty of psychology and education science . The relevant controls were convenient for the present research in order to study the aspect of Anxiety & Depression, therefore a number of 41 cases from 55 on anxiety including 36 case out of 59 on depression were optimized for meta analysis . Research methodology is structured due to revision in connection with descriptive statistics device ,meanwhile it is meta analysis in terms of inferential statistics , therefore software of CMA (Comprehensive Meta Analysis ) & SPSS used to analyze collected data . The whole Research analyzed in connection with significant of case reliability. Statistical method t (dependent & independent) is significant in scope of cause of effect in anxiety and way of anxiety therapy methods including cause and effect on depression for depression therapy methods .The sampling is cluster form , while sampling method for accessibility in Research linked to causes and anxiety factors , though the anxiety therapy method and accessible sampling method plus random sampling method are in significant range. The methods of randomly and cluster samplings in the field of cause and effect are depression components furthermore randomly sampling method in depression therapy method are significant too. The Research methodology used in cause , comparative and correlation area over cause and effect of anxiety ,while anxiety therapy methods ,the case of experimental & semi experimental methods are in significant range too. The results arisen by this paper demonstrate that Research carried out in the fields of anxiety and depression deserve more revision and modification because novel Researches are critical for application specifically in both fields concerned.
