The purpose of this study to assess the validation, Stability and factor structure of the openness to vocational oportunity Scale (OVOS) that based on Krumboltz and Mitchell's planned happenstance approach and it is applied on medical students. Methods: in this cross-sectional study with stratified random sampling method, 185 students of Kerman medical college are selected through data analysis algorithms with SmartPLS 2 (Partial least square), which include the Measurement Model (Alpha, Loadings, Composite Reliability, Convergent and Discriminant Validity), Structural Model (significant factor "T-values" and "R Square", the prediction model"Q" ^"2" "Stone-Geisser", Quality Indexes Redundancy, GOF "Goodness of fit"). To appraisal scale (OVOS) which include the component Curiosity, Flexibility, Flexibility, Optimism, Risk-taking were examined. Results: fitting both the data algorithm and the results of confirmatory factor analysis indicates the desirability and acceptability of latent structure in components and index. Deduction: given the results of this study can be said that the Persian version of OVOS has construct validation and Stability in the academic community well and can be used to assessment and identification the vocational opportunity skills and facilitating understanding of the influence of chance events on career choice behavior.}, keywords = {The openness to vocational opportunity (OVOS),Validation,Partial least squares (PLS),Confirmatory Factor Analysis}, title_fa = {اعتباریابی آمادگی فرصت‌یابی حرفه ای مبتنی بر رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: تجهیز شدن به مهارت‌های فرصت‌یابی حرفه‌ای منجر به سازگاری بیشتر با تغییرات امروزی مسیر شغلی، بهبود شایستگی تصمیم گیری مسیر شغلی و در نهایت زندگی معنادارتر در قرن 21 می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ساختار عاملی، پایایی و روایی مقیاس آمادگی فرصت‌یابی حرفه‌ای که به سبک رویکرد تصادفی برنامه ریزی شده میشل و کرومبولتز انجام شد. روش: در این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، با روش نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای 185 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده پزشکی کرمان انتخاب شدند. الگوریتم تحلیل داده‌ها به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی که شامل: بررسی مدل‌های اندازه گیری (آلفا کرونباخ، ، پایایی ترکیبی، روایی همگرا و واگرا) و برازش مدل ساختاری (ضرایب بار عاملی، معناداری ضرایب مسیر و ضریب تعیین، شاخص پیش بینی مدل، نیکوی برازش) است که جهت ارزیابی پنج مؤلفه‌ انعطاف پذیری، خوش بینی، ریسک پذیری، پشتکار و کنجکاوی مقیاس آمادگی فرصت‌یابی حرفه‌ای مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: برازش هر دو بخش الگوریتم داده‌ها و نتایج حاصله از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز نشان‌دهنده مطلوبیت و قابل قبول بودن ساختار مکنون در سطح شاخص‌ها و مؤلفه‌ها بود. نتیجه: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌توان گفت که نسخه‌ی فارسی پرسشنامه‌ی آمادگی فرصت‌یابی حرفه‌ای، در جامعه‌ی دانشگاهی اعتبار و روایی سازه خوبی دارد و می‌توان از آن برای سنجش و شناسایی میزان مهارت‌های فرصت‌یابی حرفه‌ای و تسهیل در فهم تأثیر حوادث تصادفی بر رفتار انتخاب شغل (رشته) بهره گرفت.}, keywords_fa = {آمادگی فرصت‌یابی حرفه‌ای,اعتباریابی,معادلات ساختاری}, url = {https://jem.atu.ac.ir/article_7565.html}, eprint = {https://jem.atu.ac.ir/article_7565_e14f55cfab8f6f4433e06ffe17ca6344.pdf} }
