After translation of the SHAI from English into Persian and pilot testing, the following steps were taken: first, the F-SHAI was administered to 519 healthy students or employees from a number of universities in Tehran. The results of principal component analysis with Varimax rotation showed that three factors best explained the F-SHAI structure amongst the study sample. These factors were (1) “Illness Probability”, (2) “Illness Consequences”, and (3) “Preoccupation with Illness”. Cronbach alphas, mean inter-item correlations and test-retest coefficients (with 21-day interval) showed that this solution was reliable. Second, in order to examine the convergent and divergent validity of the F-SHAI and its 3 subscales, 472 participants from the original sample (i.e., 519) completed the two measures of Illness Attitude Scale (IAS) and Positive and Negative Affects Scales (PANAS). Pearson correlations were calculated between the F-SHAI and its 3 subscales with the total scores of the IAS and positive affect and negative affect of the PANAS. These results provide further support for the convergent validity of the F-SHAI and its 3 subscales. Furthermore, these results confirme the divergent validity of the F- SHAI and the two subscales of “Illness Probability” and “Illness Consequences”. The authors suggest that the F-SHAI and its 3 subscales are sufficiently valid and reliable for research purposes in the Iranian population.}, keywords = {Short form of Health Anxiety Inventory,Factorial structure,reliability,validity}, title_fa = {بررسی ساخت عاملی و ویژگی های روان سنجی نسخه فارسی فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه اضطراب سلامت در یک نمونه غیر بالینی}, abstract_fa = {هدف اساسی این پژوهش وارسی ویژگی های روان سنجی نسخه فارسی فرم کوتاه پرسشناهم اضطراب سلامت در یک نمونه غیر بالینی ایرانی است. به این منظور و پس از ترجمه و آماده سازی گام های زیر برداشته شد. نخست به منظور وارسی ساختار عاملی F-SHAI پرسشنامه در نمونه ای از 519 نفر از دانشجویان و کارکنان دانشگاه های تهران که به شیوه نمونه برداری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند اجرا شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی موازی نشان داد که F-SHAI در قالب 3 عامل مفهوم سازی می شود: احتمال بیماری، پیامدهای منفی بیماری و اشتغال ذهنی با بیماری. نتایج حاصل از محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ، میانگین همبستگی بین عبارات آزمون و نیز بررسی ضریب بازآزمایی حاکی از مناسب بودن پایایی F-SHAI بود. در گام دوم به منظور بررسی اعتبار همگرا و واگرای F-SHAI بود. در گام دوم به منظور بررسی اعتبار همگرا و واگرای F-SHAI و خرده مقیاس های آن، همبستگی پیرسون بین نمره های F-SHAI و خرده مقیاس های آن با نمره های 472 نفر از افرادی که پرسشنامه های نگرش نسبت به بیماری و عواطف مثبت و عواطف منفی را تکمیل کرده بودند محاسبه شد. نتایج این تحلیل ها نیز ضمن تایید اعتبار همگرا و واگرای F-SHAI نشان داد که هر سه خرده مقیاس این پرسشنامه دارای اعتبار همگرا است. همچنین نتایج مذکور موید اعتبار واگرای دو مقیاس از سه مقیاس F-SHAI است. در مجموع نتایج این مطالعه شواهد قابل توجهی را در مورد اعتبار و پایایی قابل قبول F-SHAI در جمعیت غیر بالینی ایرانی فراهم آورده است.}, keywords_fa = {فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه اضطراب سلامت,ساخت عاملی,پایایی و اعتبار}, url = {https://jem.atu.ac.ir/article_5631.html}, eprint = {https://jem.atu.ac.ir/article_5631_5e6b67e0b04f791ebab964b5d9b6ab22.pdf} }
